How much do wedding flowers cost in Singapore?

The short answer

If you only need a bridal bouquet and a boutonniere, wedding flowers in Singapore can be a few hundred dollars. Published local prices show very simple bridal flower packages from S$98, personal flower essentials from S$165-S$280, and bridal bouquets from around S$78-S$300 depending on size, flower type and florist. Once you add bridesmaids, corsages, car flowers, ceremony flowers and reception tables, the number moves quickly.

For a fuller wedding, Singapore market guides and florist rate cards put basic packages around S$500-S$1,000, standard setups around S$1,500-S$3,000, and premium full styling around S$3,000-S$6,000 or more. A large hotel banquet with many centrepieces and a fresh-flower arch can sit well above a simple ROM. The question is not only what flowers cost. It is what you are asking the florist to build, move, install and remove.

Start with what you actually need

A wedding florist may be doing one small personal order or a full venue job. Vows.sg's 2026 Singapore guide separates personal flowers, ceremony decor, reception styling and extras such as car decoration. That is the right way to think about it. A bridal bouquet is not the same project as an arch, thirty table centrepieces and a midnight teardown.

If your ceremony is small, you may only need a bridal bouquet, groom's boutonniere and perhaps parents' corsages. If you are holding a hotel lunch or dinner, table count becomes the budget question. Ten tables and thirty tables are different orders. A centrepiece price that sounds manageable on its own becomes a large line item when multiplied across every guest table.

Personal flowers

For bridal bouquets, Singapore published prices vary widely. Fu Bloom lists ready bridal hand bouquets from S$74.90-S$199.90 on the page I checked, and its wedding add-ons state bridal hand bouquets from S$78. Fleuriste lists bridal bouquets from S$145, S$195 and S$235 for classic, signature and premium tiers. Singapore Florist lists bridal bouquets from S$200 in its wedding decor rate card. Vows.sg gives a 2026 market range of S$150-S$300 for standard bridal bouquets and S$300-S$500+ for premium or custom bouquets.

Bridesmaid flowers add up by headcount. Bloomeys publishes bridesmaid bouquets from S$45, Fu Bloom publishes bridesmaid bouquets from S$48, Fleuriste lists bridesmaid or flower-girl posies from S$50, Singapore Florist lists bridesmaid bouquets from S$56, and Vows.sg gives a market range of S$80-S$150 each. If you have four bridesmaids, a small difference per posy becomes a real difference in the total.

Boutonnieres, corsages and family flowers

Small pieces are easy to forget because they do not look expensive one by one. In Singapore published pricing, Fu Bloom lists corsages and boutonnieres from S$18, Bloomeys lists groomsmen or family boutonnieres from S$18 and wrist corsages from S$20, Fleuriste lists boutonnieres at S$20 and wrist corsages at S$30, and Singapore Florist lists boutonnieres and wrist corsages from S$21 on its rate card. Vows.sg puts boutonnieres at S$20-S$40 and corsages at S$25-S$50.

The practical step is to count people before you ask for a quote. Groom, groomsmen, fathers, mothers, grandparents, solemniser, flower girl, page boy. Then decide who truly needs flowers. A corsage for every important person is lovely, but it is still labour. Each piece has to be wired or finished, matched to the palette and packed so it reaches the venue neatly.

Ceremony flowers, arches and backdrops

This is where the budget often changes shape. Bloomeys publishes floral arches from S$760. Fleuriste lists half fresh floral arches from S$850 and full fresh floral arches from S$1,500. Singapore Florist lists stage flowers, arches or pedestals from S$1,200 and a solemnisation and ROM decoration package from S$1,750. Vows.sg gives a 2026 market range of S$800-S$3,000+ for fresh floral arches.

The price is not only the flowers. An arch or backdrop may need a structure, rental hardware, transport, setup time, teardown time and a plan for the venue. Some spaces allow early access. Some allow only a tight setup window between other events. Some have rules about candles, floor protection, water, ladders or what can be tied to existing fixtures. Those rules affect labour as much as design.

Reception centrepieces and car flowers

Reception flowers are usually a multiplication problem. Fleuriste lists vase or round table arrangements from S$75 and long low arrangements from S$115. Fu Bloom lists table centrepieces from S$80, inclusive of vase. Bloomeys lists centrepiece floral arrangements from S$100. Singapore Florist lists frontal table centrepieces from S$120 and all-rounded table centrepieces from S$180. Vows.sg gives S$80-S$200 for standard centrepieces and S$200-S$500+ for premium or tall designs.

Car flowers sit in their own line. Fu Bloom lists a car decor set at S$210, with front bonnet centrepieces from S$188 and car door handles from S$12. Bloomeys lists bridal car flowers from S$300. Fleuriste lists fresh car decor with four matching door posies at S$300. Singapore Florist lists wedding car flowers from S$350, and Vows.sg gives a market range of S$280-S$500 for car bonnet and door posies.

Setup, delivery and teardown

Setup is easy to under-budget because it is not visible in a bouquet photo. Bloomeys publishes setup and delivery charges from S$20. Florals by Benita's SingaporeBrides listing gives setup and delivery at S$60-S$100. Fleuriste says delivery and setup fees are quoted separately. Singapore Florist lists setup from S$150, teardown from S$150, early setup before 7am at an added S$100, and late teardown after midnight at an added S$200.

That is why two quotes with the same flowers can differ. One quote may include delivery only. Another may include installation, rental props, teardown and late-night labour. Ask what happens after the ceremony. If the arch has to be moved from solemnisation to reception, ask who moves it. If the venue requires everything cleared that night, ask whether teardown is included.

What makes two quotes look different

When two Singapore florists quote different totals, do not compare only the final number. Compare the scope line by line. One quote may include a fresh arch, while another may include a partly artificial rental structure. One may include vase rental, transport and teardown. Another may price those separately after the design is confirmed.

Ask whether the flowers are fresh, preserved or artificial. Ask whether the arch, pedestals, vases and plinths are included or rented. Ask whether centrepieces are all-rounded or frontal, because a one-sided piece for a stage table is not the same as a table arrangement guests see from every seat. Ask whether the florist will return for teardown, and whether late-night collection costs more.

Also check whether the quote assumes a final table count. If you add five tables later, the centrepiece line changes. If you reduce tables, ask whether the saved budget can go into the bridal bouquet, ceremony flowers or family flowers instead.

How to brief a florist

To compare quotes properly, give every florist the same brief: wedding date, venue, ceremony time, reception time, guest table count, bridal party count, colour palette, must-have flowers, flowers you dislike, whether you need car flowers, and whether the florist must handle setup and teardown. Send a few reference images for mood, but do not expect an exact copy of someone else's bouquet.

Also say what matters most. If the budget is firm, say the number. If peonies matter more than a big arch, say that. If the venue already has decor and you only need personal flowers, say that too. The clearer the brief, the easier it is for a florist to remove guesswork and quote the same scope another florist is quoting.
